The Monday Reset
Built for an audience that needed to feel it, not just watch it.
A best-selling book needed a film that could carry its emotional weight. "The Candle in the Dark" — animated, parable-style, built for an audience that needed to feel it, not just watch it.
The challenge: a book that resonates deeply doesn't need promotion. It needs translation. The film had to find the same emotional core and render it visually — without explaining the book, summarizing the book, or selling the book. Just telling the story that lives inside it.
Original animation direction. Parable structure. Built as a campaign series, not a one-off deliverable.
The visual language was built from scratch — not adapted from existing assets. Parable storytelling was the right form: universal enough to reach anyone, specific enough to feel personal. The kind of film that doesn't require familiarity with the book to hit you.
We built the hero film first, then designed the campaign system around it — so each platform cut felt like a chapter, not a crop.
A campaign series built around a single emotional idea, with a hero film that stands alone and platform cuts that compound it.
